Ry’s Poke Shack started with a love for the ocean and the food that comes from it. Growing up around Hawaiʻi’s waters meant learning early that great poke starts with respect, for the fish, for the ingredients, and for the people you’re feeding. What began as a small idea to share our favorite island flavors quickly grew into something bigger once people tasted the difference that fresh, simple ingredients can make.

Opening in Kahuku felt like coming full circle.
