Born in Kahuku on Oahu’s North Shore, Ry’s Poke Shack started with a simple idea — serve fresh made-to-order poke with quality, creativity, and care. What began as a small local shop grew through community support, word of mouth, and people connecting with the Ry’s style and experience.

Now, we’re proud to open our first expansion location on Oahu in Honolulu. This location is special to us because it’s built around collaboration, bringing together people who genuinely love food, creativity, and Hawaii culture.

For our Honolulu shop, we teamed up with viral Hawaii foodie Tommy Eats along with talented chef Daysen to create exclusive specials and new ideas unique to this location. From the What’s Cracking Poke to the FoodxJitsu Special, this shop brings a different energy while still staying true to the freshness and quality Ry’s was built on.
